GUEST REGULATIONS
In order to ensure a pleasant stay within our facility, we ask you to please carefully read the regulations and behavioral norms established. Upon confirming the reservation, the acceptance of the aforementioned regulations is considered implicit.

RULES
Guests are kindly requested to observe the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for themselves and others:

Documents: Upon arrival, guests are required to provide identification documents for the purpose of registration and communication of their presence to the local police, including minors.

As a guarantee, a credit card used for the reservation will be requested at check-in. Otherwise, you must provide a signed authorization form from the cardholder if absent. Alternatively, a deposit of €200 must be paid.

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged with the hotel management.

On the day of departure, the stay will be settled (if not already paid during the reservation) along with the cost of any consumptions/extras charged/tourist tax if not paid at check-in. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

Should guests wish to retain their room beyond the stipulated check-out time on the day of departure (and no later than 12:00 PM), this may be accommodated subject to availability and the prior approval of the management. A supplement of €50 per person will be applied.

Should guests wish to retain their room beyond the stipulated check-out time on the day of departure (and no later than 7:30 PM), this may be accommodated subject to availability and the prior approval of the management. A supplement equivalent to the daily room rate will be applied.

In the event of early departure or delayed arrival, the amount corresponding to the cost of the stay will be charged in accordance with articles 1385-1386 of the Civil Code and subsequent amendments.

Room keys must be returned to the reception. Rates are per day, regardless of the check-in time.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Please promptly inform the staff or reception of any food intolerances and allergies.

Customers wishing to depart during the night or in the morning before 7:30 AM must check-out and settle any outstanding extras and tourist tax the night before departure.

It is strictly forbidden to bring unregistered people into the room. Visits must be authorized by the management, and any guests must leave their ID at the reception, to be retrieved upon exiting the hotel but no later than 8:00 PM. Any additional unregistered guests found in the room between 8:00 PM and 10:00 AM will incur a penalty of €100 per person.

Overnight visits by external individuals requiring the same room as guests must be pre-approved by the management, and the applicable fee will be charged. Unauthorized persons found inside the hotel will be reported to the authorities.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the actions of minors within the hotel premises and are required to supervise them, ensuring proper behavior towards other guests and observing silence.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and the facility in general. Smoking is permitted in outdoor spaces or on the terrace.

Prohibitions: For safety reasons, using stoves, food warmers, and irons in the rooms is not allowed. Hanging clothes from windows is prohibited by municipal regulations. Using inappropriate spaces in the rooms to store luggage, clothes, or linen is also prohibited.

Our hotel is eco-friendly, so please place towels on the floor if they need replacement. Please do not waste water and electricity, and when leaving the room, make sure to turn everything off.

Any damage to the structure, objects, or hotel furnishings will be charged to the customer who caused them.

Safe deposit: The management is not responsible for and cannot reimburse any items not stored in the room safes or left in the main hotel safe. If the customer does not consider the room safe suitable for storing valuables, the hotel management offers a deposit and storage service. According to the civil code regulations, the management is obliged to accept valuables such as documents, cash, and objects of value for safekeeping but may refuse to store dangerous, bulky, or excessively valuable items.

Between 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM, customers are required to observe behavior that does not disturb the rest of other guests (including loud voices in the room area, the use of noisy shoes in the rooms, slamming doors, or other loud noises). The use of the television or radio is allowed with moderate volume.

Room/bathroom cleaning and towel change occur daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and bed linen is changed every three days. For those who want daily bed linen changes, please inform the reception office, and an additional fee will be applied. Any damage caused to furnishings due to negligence will be charged for restoration.

The hotel has a basic medical kit (band-aids, hydrogen peroxide, gauze, etc.) for minor interventions located at the reception. For more serious problems, guests can request our staff to contact emergency services.

Pets are allowed at a cost of €25 per day. Well-behaved four-legged friends are welcome. As we must maintain very high hygiene standards, kindly understand that their access is not allowed in the breakfast area and wellness area. If the guest leaves them unattended, the facility is not responsible in case of illness or accidents. The customer assumes all responsibility and is liable for compensation in case of damages caused by their pet.

Wi-Fi is free for exclusive use by hotel guests.

In the event of a suspension of electricity supply due to Enel or water supply due to the Aqueduct or other force majeure causes, the Management disclaims any responsibility and is not obliged to provide any refund.

Tourist tax: The tourist tax of €1.50 per day per person is not included in the hotel rate and must be paid separately during check-out.
A copy of the aforementioned regulations is available at the reception and can be provided to guests upon request for consultation
ONLY APPLICABLE TO MOUNTAIN AND GARDEN (NOT FOR HOME)
Dear guests, we would like to inform you that for hygiene, cleaning and waste disposal reasons,
IT IS FORBIDDEN
bring food and drinks from outside and consume them inside the room, with the exception of what is made available in the minibar or the room service requested from management.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in an additional €150 charge for extra cleaning and waste disposal.
